Inquiry & advice
You describe your requirements - component geometry, material, quantities, target industry. Our sales team will advise you on manufacturing processes and feasibility. Already in this phase you benefit from our in-house know-how.
Construction & tool making
Our designers develop tool-friendly component geometries. The tool is manufactured and optimized entirely in-house - short paths, full control, no external dependencies.
Sample construction & release
The first sample parts are manufactured, tested and coordinated with you. Dimensional accuracy testing, functional testing, material reports - we only start series production after joint approval.
Series production & delivery
Series production with complete quality assurance, statistical process control (SPC) and 100% testing of critical features. Delivery on time, documented and certified.

In-house tool making
With our own workshop for tool making, we drastically shorten the distance from design to series production. We build precision tools for injection molding and forming technology directly on site, which gives us maximum control over quality and speed.

Hybrid carrier for braking system
Development and series production of a steel-plastic hybrid carrier for an active braking system. In-house tool making enabled 3 design iterations in 6 weeks. Start of production within 14 weeks of initial inquiry - with full IATF-compliant documentation.
Sealing element for diagnostic device
Manufacture of an LSR sealing element (Shore 40A) for an in vitro diagnostic device under ISO Class 7 cleanroom conditions. Tight tolerance requirements ±0.05 mm, full batch traceability and FDA compliant material. Series production since 2021.
